• Fees - services and associated fees will be agreed in advance of the first session. 

• Payment - Peak Therapy Ltd will ask you to make a £50 deposit to hold the assessment session and then following payments will be taken on the day of the session.  If a payment is missed services will be suspended with immediate effect.

• Cancellation - If the therapist is unable to attend the appointment the maximum amount of notice will be given, no fee will be charged and the appointment will be rearranged for the earliest available time.  If a client needs to cancel the appointment, no fee will be charged as long as 24 hours notice is given.  If less than 24 hours notice is given the full fee will be charged.  

• Consent - consent for assessment and intervention must be given by the child's legal guardian.  A consent form will be provided.

• Privacy and sharing of information - information will be treated in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations 2020 (GDPR). Peak Therapy holds a Data Controller registration with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).  Where it is in the best interests of the child to share information with other professionals consent will be gained from their legal guardian.  Further details can be found in Peak Therapy Ltd's privacy policy.

• Termination of Services -  it is within the rights of Peak Therapy Ltd to terminate services with 24 hours notice.  It is within the rights of the client to terminate services with 24 hours notice.
